The real deal or a total steal?

The outdoor pool is heated and provided a wonderfully relaxing experience while the staff were amazing and efficient, ensuring every detail was spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't located on the premises, which led to some inconvenience when looking for a quick meal.

It was just a great fit for resting at all in Durango with outstanding value. The staff here is always helpful and welcoming. If you're looking for quiet, ask for a room away from the pool area.

Consider visiting the nearby Bistro for breakfast to enjoy a nice start to your day before heading out.

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious room with two double beds. The heated outdoor pool was a relaxing bonus. Enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive. Safe parking was a plus. 🌷

Super comfy double room with lots of space. Clean bathroom with good shower and fluffy towels. The outdoor heated pool was a nice treat after a day out. Plenty of safe parking. Staff were super efficient. The entrance is kinda tricky. it's actually on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not what Google says.

I had a wonderful experience staying here as it was within walking distance to the beautiful Durango Cathedral and the charming Museo de la Ciudad 450, making it perfect for city strolls. the hotel's staff was always helpful and the secure parking made me feel at ease during my solo travels.

Had an awesome time in the cozy, spacious Double Room with Two Double Beds. The warm, heated pool was a delight after a day of exploring. The outdoor area was so calming, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend enjoying the beautiful garden view in the morning.

Had a great time with friends on our trip! The place is easy to find and super safe. We loved being close to shopping centers and enjoyed the well-kept pool. We recommend checking out the Bistro nearby for breakfast or dinner.

The only downside was that the parking lot felt a bit cramped during busy hours.

The hotel has a great environment, very private with 24-hour guards providing a sense of safety. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool is covered and heated, making it perfect for kids. The bistro offers delicious food with room delivery, which is a nice convenience. However, I had issues with my room key not working properly, and the elevator was out of order during my stay. This led to some inconvenience as I had to walk to my room and back multiple times. Despite these annoyances, the hotel itself is very clean and beautiful.

The tennis court was a nice addition, perfect for some afternoon fun. The parking area felt cramped at times. Overall, a clean place and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.
